Vinyasa Yoga
Flowing sequences of yoga poses to build strength and flexibility.
Typically 60 minutes, including a warm up and relaxation period.
Hathā Yoga
Slow-paced sessions, designed for alignment, balance, form correction and knowledge of benefits in each asana.
Yin Yoga
Deep stretches for relaxation and stress release. Holding postures for up to 3-4 minutes to allow each asana to reach its deepest point.
Yoga Nidra
Guided deep relaxation practices, usually a visualisation process to unlock old memories and unused parts of the mind.
Pranayama Sessions
Breathing techniques, designed to clear out airways, re-oxygenate the body and brain to bring a sense of clarity and energy back to the mind.
Introduction to Chanting
Explore the healing power of sound and mantras. Also diving into sanskrit words and origins.
Guided Meditation
Mindful meditation sessions for clarity and calm. Typically guided for the first half of the session then experiencing silence for 20 – 30 minutes.
